utilizes sister charity resources to improve neighborhoods

Donations has partnered with Restoration America, a sister charity under the
Partners in Charity umbrella, to provide better value for real estate donors. By
using the remodeling and rehabbing resources of Restoration America in selected
situations, Real Estate Donations is able to enhance the value of donated
property. Those charities that use Real Estate Donations for facilitating their
property donations will see a higher net donation, all without any cost or
liability to them. The result is a better house for the neighborhood, and a
better cash return for our partner charities. Founded in 1984 by PIC Director
Charles Konkus.
Real Estate Donations to
acquire 33 properties for Habitat for Humanity Int’l
West Dundee, IL -March 15, 2004- Real Estate Donations, in its largest
single transaction, is acquiring and liquidating 33 individual properties on
behalf of Habitat For Humanity International, headquartered in Americus,
Georgia. The donor is a corporate group wishing to donate excess properties
located in Arkansas, California, Kentucky, and Texas. HFH Int’l will use the
proceeds to continue their mission to help eliminate poverty housing and
homelessness throughout the world.

Donations is proud to announce a new speaker’s service available nation-wide.
“We have been asked with increasing frequency to outline non-cash donation
programs to a variety of organizations,” explains Charles Konkus, President
Charitable Operations. “The variety has included planned giving regional and
national meetings, charity conferences, and lately, financial planners.
Developing a program at Real Estate Donations merely formalizes what we have
been doing for quite a while.” The service is offered at no-cost to qualified
organizations.

can now download brochures, specialized flyers, FAQ’s, specialized letters,
inserts for corporate donations, and radio MP3 commercials directly from Real
Estate Donations’ web page. Most downloadable forms can be customized by
charities with unique verbiage and logos. All are available at no charge.
Real Estate Donations is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity that liquidates real
estate – homes, land, commercial property and industrial sites, turning them
into cash for other non-profits who are not equipped to receive and liquidate
